CASING protection layered water injection string
(1) Purpose
The main water injection wells inject water in layers and protect oil casings.
(2) Working principle
The packer is set in the tubing to seal different water injection layers and casing annulus, and the water nozzle size of the eccentric water distributor is adjusted through fishing to adjust the water injection volume of different layers.
(3) Technical characteristics
The number of water injection layers of the string is the same as that of the packer, and the casing protection fluid protects the upper oil casing.

The slotted liner is mainly used to the water and oil reservation layer without much sand.

Its function is to prevent the rock bits dropping into the well bore.

The working principle is allowing the certain size sand coming through the surface with crude oil but keeping the bigger size sand being stopper outside to form sand bridgeand thereby achieving the anti-sand purpose.

This type of product is commonly used to sand rock and carbonate reservoirand especially useable for horizontal wells.
